Despite all the fiddling with settings slicing through Cura doesn't work particularly well

Fixed a segfault that was causing the digon generation to crash, see commit b128272c7e616ce0cabfca5fabc6c2640862489e (... maybe a better way of linking this?). Also had to change the settings from the default cura profile a bit. Namely disabling all the fancy stuff like support and mesh fixes and extra skin wall count
