Telekinesis be goofy sometime. #4766

Some small issues I've noticed with telekinesis.

Firstly I've noticed with are new TGUI...rare few things that do do not appear to account for telekinesis letting you control machines from a extra tile away. Minor but nearly all nanoUI devices allow for this and I'd like for it to not be forget as we slowly migrate over.

Second much more important telekinesis lets you inject someone with a RIG injector at RANGE this is a very very bad exploit given the existence of custom RIG injectors allowing for any chemical to be used.

Noticed that you can still remotely use TGUI machines BUT you can't remotely open the UI meaning you have to first open the UI by standing next to it then you can use the machine from a distance. So it's clearly partly working just abit odd.
