Adds Security/Defence borg sprite #5507

About The Pull Request

A little something for our borgs in blue

the sprite doesnt match the darker palette used by defense borgs.

It seems to? The old sprite seemed to fit much better alongside the dark syndie sprites the defence borgs use image

While the secborg, previously lacking blue highlights like the other security sprites, now fits in better aswell image

If you'd like, I can add some of the red highlights to the defence borg, but I'm not sure where I'd put them, honestly.

Ah, your PR desc made it seem like you were giving the same sprite to both sec and defense. Yea that works
