Ran this by a few people and most seemed supportive. New gun has been added to Marshals based on pre-existing sprite the Mamba had on its file that was unused; originally asked for by Pinkest for a DMR-carbine model.
That is the new 7.62mm "Viper" DMR for Marshals; packing more of a punch than the Copperhead but albeit without full-auto capability. This new firearm is craftable off the Mamba frame and can be obtained via kit selection by Rangers.
It's most comparable to Blackshield's AS-VAL, although without full-auto capability. Instead it has burst-fire of 2 rounds as well as semi, and slightly more damage as compensation.

Python is now 8.6mm, to keep it comparable to a 8.6mm Scout rifle/Longarm (Also because Viper is now 7.62)
Osprey has been removed from WO loadouts and put at Cent-Com as per Trilby's request; but has been replaced on WO loadouts with the Python (which should fill the same niche and preform better.)
Copperhead was rebalanced to make it competitive against the AK and STS platforms.
Copperhead loadout for Spec now gives 2 grenades (flash and baton) on spawn for QOL.
Peacekeeper has received a minor buff; now no longer does 0.7 pen and instead gets the full 1.0, plus has a faster-moving projectile like the Abdicator does to make it harder to dodge the laser-buck. In exchange, slightly higher recoil.
State Shotgun now can compete with the Siaga shotgun or the Pug, no longer being just a no-folding operator.
Galaxy WO sidearm lost its laser mode, now has stun-bolt mode instead. All sidearms now have LTL capability, as prior only the Amnesty and Mateba came with LTL rounds. Stun-bolts will still do minor burn damage but primary are hellos damaging. (Still should be as effective as the laser, if not more-so, in PvE anyway.) Slight ~20 charge cost increase due to this being possibly stronger than the laser in PvE.
Marshal gun parts disk now has infinite licenses to print off of. I did this originally to prevent massive production, but Guild is already able to mass-produce most parts, LS can mass-order even high end parts, and I've seen others use disks or Soteria prints to deconstruct for parts (i.e grips). So, no more limited prints.
