iCade layout improvement (just moving some functions around)

Hi,
first off, love the software! I may try to build it on my comp' to 
update/change a few drivers (namely, adding the encrypted NeoGeo games).

Anyway, I made a change locally (but not sure I got it right) to change the 
buttons on the iCade.

Right now, they're as such:
(COIN) (1) (2) (3)
(START) (4) (5) (6)
and having the 6 gameplay buttons to the right side is not comfortable; my 
wrist is twisted whilst playing, there's no "curve", etc.

I found it better to move them around like this:
(1) (2) (3) (COIN)
(4) (5) (6) (START)
so that the curve is taken into account, and the last 2 buttons remain for the 
special functions.

It would be nice if people could add new drivers... Let me know if you get..

I like the icade layout as it.. But maybe you layout could be better for your 
needs.. It is dificult to get the perfect layout..

I was thinking the same thing Matt, I would like your proposed layout for all 
games. At the moment a two button game like Sunset Riders uses the far right 
buttons. 

I am tempted to make a modifaction to load a config file to define the layout 
or allow the iCade to be treated as a keyboard.

Actually, thinking about it now, I haven't tried changing the controls in game.

Changing the keys in game is confusing by nature. I would like to know if you 
are able to even open the .CFG file. This is not the .XML file that the 
computer version of MAME uses, and in my experience, I am not able to view the 
contents of the .CFG file in Windows. Even changing it to a .TXT file does not 
enable you to open and make changes to the file.

If you figure it out, let us know.
