Give option for auto-fire to be 'hold button' rather than 'toggle' #291

Auto-fire currently works as a toggle, i.e. you press the button once to start 
auto-fire and again to stop firing. I'd prefer the old-fashioned method of 
'rapid fire', where the fire button is held for fast firing, with no firing 
when the button is released.

I'd also like it if the auto-fire option was available on all buttons instead 
of just button B.
