anyone know how to build imame4all? #310

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- When i compile source that is iMAME4all, i wasn't complete to Compile 
(because of Occuring Error).
- Error Message:
$ make
...(compiling)...
Linking mame...
make: execvp: android/my-android-toolchain-r9-18/bin/arm-linux-androideabi-g++: 
Argument list too long
makefile:1040: recipe for target 'mame' failed
make: *** [mame] Error 127

maybe, The ARG_MAX is 32000 in cygwin.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Cygwin(cross compile),  windows7, android-18, 
android-ndk-r9d(arm-linux-androideabi-4.6, windows-x86_64)
