divpart gives different result in group_by #43

I get slightly different numbers when calculating alpha, beta, and gamma by "hand" one year at a time than when I use dplyr::group_by and summarize.

I'm looking into it. Likely an error on my part somewhere. Something the diversity metrics folks should be aware of at the moment.
