[NWT plant data] Check data for all QAQC diagnostics. Adjust QAQC scripts as needed. #46

Years are not consecutive (1989 1990 1995 1997 2006 2008 2010 2011 2012 2013 2014); snow depth missing from 1989 and 1990, all plots; cumulative number of taxa increases in a funky way after 2008;

Years - that is the big caveat of this dataset, they didn't sample continuously.

Snow depth - The plot level snow measurements were begun in 1992 (as well as productivity measurements if that is helpful). We do have climate data that correlates well with snowpack and could be used for 1989 and 1990, but it would be at the site and not the plot level.

Taxa increase - I've asked Hope about this, and she thinks it is a biological effect and not a sampling effect. I suspect it's a bit of both. What are the species that appear in 2008? Can check with Jane if they were maybe listed as unknown previously.
