How to use gpu or cuda for design binder #109

I think the current design uses cpu, it feels too slow, how to use gpu

Hi @404479768, you can ask for a GPU from Google Colab: Menu -> Runtime -> Change Runtime Type -> Hardware Accelerator: GPU

To check if you have a GPU, you can run the bash command !nvidia-smi, with the exclamation mark at the front. If you get an error message, it means you haven't been assigned a GPU.

If the design is still very slow, this could be due to a number of other factors, e.g. the size of your protein.
