small fix required for newer numpy versions #115

In newer numpy versions dtype=np.int is no longer supported.

Found here for example, to fix this either use python int or np.int32 / np.int64.

restype_atom37_to_rigid_group = np.zeros([21, 37], dtype=np.int)
restype_atom37_mask = np.zeros([21, 37], dtype=np.float32)
restype_atom37_rigid_group_positions = np.zeros([21, 37, 3], dtype=np.float32)
