Partially folding a structure using AF #156

Hi, Is there a way to "partially" fold a structure? For example, sequence A is 500 AAs and I know the structure of the sequence from residue ID 250-350. Is there a way for me to provide just the structure of 250-350 as an input and fold rest using the structure from 250-350 region as a reference? Thanks!
