Without title videos Issue #26

I hope this message finds you well. I'm reaching out to address a critical issue that's been affecting users' experience on the platform.

It has come to our attention that videos without titles are being skipped after the initial download. Upon investigation, it seems that the filenames default to ".mp4", leading to subsequent downloads being treated as duplicates and thus skipped. This occurs even when the videos are different.

To rectify this issue, we urgently need to implement a solution where untitled videos are saved with filenames like ".mp4 (1)", ".mp4 (2)", and so forth, for each subsequent download. This adjustment will ensure that all videos are successfully saved and accessible to our users.

I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter as it significantly impacts the functionality and usability of our platform. Please let me know if you require any further details or assistance in resolving this issue.

error Now this issue came

The browser window opens and closes within milliseconds, causing this window to also close abruptly. Additionally, the main.py script closes after the browser is closed, resulting in the error mentioned above.
