Problem in Editing

For the first time the edit function worked but i have not happy with speed of the video so i again started the program but started getting error - Program Interrupted i tried re-extracting files but still got no results

Hello SokunHeng/DownEdit, many thanks for getting back to me. When I run Edit option and follow all other step and initialize the bot to edit tiktok videos downloaded, the bot run into error -" program interrupted " as shown in the attached file Below.

I'm unable to clarify the issue because you haven't given me a detailed screenshot of the issue you're having. However, as determined by the OP, there may be several causes:

1. The folder's name isn't in English
2. Videos in your folder are interrupted
3. The title of your video contains an unsupported character.

Hello SokunHeng, many thanks for getting back to me. Sorry, my English is not very good. However, i will try to explain further. The problem is not with scraping video clips from TikTok. But with editing the video clips together with music in order to generate the final video clip.

As shown in the attached files, after the program initialises video and music conversion, the program fails to process the task instead it displays this "error > program interupted!". From Screenshot 1 - 3 shows the program worked with no issue until screenshot 4 (i.e after i set the speed the program should transform the video clips), then it starts but immediately stops and throws that error >" program interupted!". And screenshot 5 & 6 shows the video clips and music locations.

Hopefuly this is much clear now. Unfortunately i don't know python programing language. I learn Java long time ago but my life took a different turn. Your help to resolve this issue is highly appreciated.

I was having the same problem again and again. So what I did is renamed all the video files with simple characters, for me I selected all the files and renamed 1, and hit enter. It made all file names like 1, 1(1), 1(2).... etc. Then renamed the music file with just 'music'. Run the code again. And it worked. NB: I have very less knowledge about coding, so I thought lets make everything simple, maybe it can work, and it did :3

Hey, i tried renaming the videos as you indicated also i renamed music list to music. All are in different folders. But still i get the same error >" program interupted!".

One question though did you use one music file or how many and did you put music and videos in the same folder? Image sample will really help.

Change: ..\shems/music.mp3 to ..\shems\music.mp3

For the best practice, you should put your music in the same folder as the script folder.

Hi, I can modify the video files that I have downloaded from tiktok, however i cannot add a music file, I'm wondering if this is because the clips I have downloaded using your program still have their music files already attached, and if this is the case how would I remove the original music so that I can add my own? TIA
