Do you have a Solana Wallet? Onboarding UI feature

error after user clicks "No" to having a Solana wallet then clicks "Let's Begin" and then "Skip", if they were try to click the "Let's Begin" button again it would not function.
need to change UI for 3rd question to make only 2 possible responses
