Problem

The full-stack Solana guide is currently using the latest version of Anchor which has a bunch of breaking changes which break this guide in 2-3 spots.

Summary of Changes

Temporarily stickying the guide to Anchor v0.29
Minor other changes made for clarity
Removed bits of unused code
Added a link to guide walkthrough on YT
