Added support for authors to be included within content records.

An author can also be part of an "organization". For the purposes of this repo, an organization is effectively a nested author record.

all author and author.organization slugs are validated for existence and will throw if they do not exist
any author can provide an avatar image / pfp that can be displayed (but must be displayed via this repo for security)
