fix: update Metaplex example for current JS SDK and fix issues
- bundlr is now irys
- fix incorrect types making TS warnings
- use helpers rather than ask people to clone a repo
- Don't favor Metaplex's fair launch tools but show the concept in general
- Fix duplicate feedback link
