Problem with cargo-build-bpf still persists on windows system #604

Here what I got in my terminal

cargo build-bpf [2023-05-03T06:36:23.751649900Z ERROR cargo_build_sbf] Failed to install sbf-tools: A required privilege is not held by the client. (os error 1314) any fixes will be appreciated
