Add a prototype edge function using the solflare token SDK

• The token list SDK can replace the large token list JSON we currently ship in our client bundle
• I want to test whether we can use it in an edge function on Vercel, which should have much better performance than a normal API route since it's globally deployed
• Edge functions have a bunch of limitations
• Unhelpfully, the Vercel edge runtime polyfills web APIs when run locally (https://edge-runtime.vercel.app/#using-the-edge-runtime-locally)
• So.. I'm just going to deploy this to Vercel as a PR and see if it works 🤷
