[Bug] Search blocked by token API not being available #300

Describe the bug

The Explorer search shows no results if the token-list.solana.cloud domain is blocked/unavailable

To Reproduce

Use developer tools to block the domain
Search on Explorer

Example Links

explorer.solana.com (search doesn't use URL context)

Expected behavior

It should show results (accounts, transactions, etc) that don't require a token search
