Governance Tracker Interface/Tool: Sponsored by Solana Foundation #15294

Description

The Solana Foundation is hosting a grant for the creation of a new governance tracker tool and interface. We are looking for tools that allow the community to efficiently track voting proposals, outcomes, and discussions around these proposals. We are looking for this tool to have a sleek/easy to use interface.

The Solana Foundation has abstracted away many of the technical complexities so that developers can build programs easily.

Payment

Payment can either be in USDC, USDC-SPL, or SOL tokens.

@rmshea Hi, going through the documentation right now. Are there any other things that I would need to keep in mind before or during working on this? Do you have a sample design in mind or are you open to a new design approach?
