SinLab Token URI update

• Summary SinLab Token logo URI was broken attempted update

• Other information (e.g. detailed explanation, stack traces, related issues, suggestions how to fix, links for us to have context, eg. StackOverflow, personal fork, etc.)

• The URI for the SinLab Token logo was incorrect and was broken and not showing, I attempted to update URI to the github URI location however pull request failed, error returned as Token address already exists
