File Renaming #198

When working with the CLI source code, the file names were obscuring context; you didn't know if you were updating in the CLI or core module. These naming updates will hopefully make it clear what functionality is being edited where.

@jnwng I don't know if my new file names violate any best practices wrt typescript libraries
