address security alerts 63, 64, 66
fix incorrect kotlin version in mwa-protocol lib

testing: built apps locally (on android emulator) and ensured that primary functions worked as expected

- tested wallet connection and message signing (using mwallet)
example react native app
- tested wallet connection and message signing (using mwallet)
example react native wallet
- tested (using fakedapp) connecting to wallet, sign message, sign transaction, and wallet disconnect.
