Change libhydrogen to openssl #21

Libhydrogen is very easy to use but I think we need to change to openssl as soon as possible for compatibility with the server (Java).

Openssl is now used to verify Server instructions. For the plugin, a new one using openssl is going to be written. The libhydrogen one is going to be kept as an option. Check #28 for more info on the new openssl plugin.
