Display and record one vertical black line

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. On my computer with my webcam (firefox26/internet explorer11)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
there is a black vertical line on the right of the picture as shown on the file 
I've attached

I've used the ~jhuckaby/jpegcam/ test page and installed the script on a 
personnal hosting.
I've tryed different size of the picture in the setting (webcam.get_html)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm using jpegcam-1.0.9.tar.gz  on windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
Didn't manage to display any output on chrome (Version 32.0.1700.76 m) getting 
white input and output.

My webcam is a C170 and don't display this line if using logitech software for 
example.

Works fine with Chrome Version 32.0.1700.76 m on another computer (OS seven)
Same black line with firefox.

Same os same browser same webcam, but different output.

Working on chrome on the first computer I've tryed donne nothing (exept 
stop/start/computer)
