Thanks for the mod! This change fixed a duplicate tags warning for me.

I can't proceed with patch for just one of you. Please let me know if there is a mod that causes problems if you have conflicts with other mods.

Thanks for your reply. I understand you can't merge the change if it would fix it just for me, but if you look at the other patches inside your ResearchPatch.xml file, you'll see my change is consistent with the rest of them. If another mod adds a <tags> tag, your patch would add a <tags> tag as well, instead of just adding <RatkinStart> to the tags.
