Various Patches

Pretty small changes, but the changes do the following:

• Sets allowed ratkin genes to none
  • Fixes the bodycolor
  • Fixes haircolor
  • Fixes missing xenotype texture issues
• Sets reproduction of ratkin to be between ratkin
  • Fixes xenotype issues
• Removes certain allowed ideology precepts
  • Fixes when Ratkins would always spawn with burkas or other Rimworld base apparel
  • Removed preferred xenotype (since ratkins do not have any other xenotypes)
• Patches the free company traders error
