Use installed phyml instead of shipped phyml #4

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

What steps will reproduce the problem?
On our system we have our own phyml compiled by us. It runs faster on our
architecture, so we would like to use it.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Prottest 3.3 on RHEL 6

Please provide any additional information below.
We could use a symlink in the bin folder, but it would be nice, if prottest
could look up the PATH-variable and use a installed phyml.

Fixed. Next revision is able to use an already installed PhyML (check
prottest.properties file)
