cant change settings on the victron or sma bridge on CWEB

i cant show screenshots but the red balloon shows the following:

Victron bridge: Error Param: ES Bus Name: VictronESControlCanBus exec fail: com.myPower24.raspSys.device.victron.e

Sunny island bridge Error Param: Control Algorithm: SmaESControlCanBus exec fail: com.myPower24.raspSys.device.sma.sm
