GONG saves data in $HOME #31

GONG data (more than one type, e.g., tdiqa140122t1634.fits.gz, leiqa140130t0344.fits.gz) is saved in $HOME instead on the temporary directory.

I think @ecarley fixed in his local copy.

This issue was resolved by adding in a save directory of /tmp/EX_YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS/ to the GONG download code. This was implemented during pull request #16
