OnnxRuntime-GPU Error #58

Whenever I try to install the GPU version of onnxruntime I get the following error:

ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement onnxruntime-gpu (from versions: none) ERROR: No matching distribution found for onnxruntime-gpu

You need to Install Python 10 Maximum. Python 11 produces this error.
