Bug: custom jump over straight stairs #77

Bug: if you try to use the "custom jump" over straight stairs, Eldran gets stuck on the lower layer.

@christopho: Maybe we should use a replacement script to use custom stairs that fix this problem?

We can create a temporary wall overlapping the stairs and disable the stairs during the jump, so that the hero cannot pass. We should do this for all types of stairs.
