Custom properties editor for entities #327

Solarus 1.6 will support custom properties for entities: https://github.com/solarus-games/solarus/issues/1094

The entity editor dialog needs a custom property list. It should be very similar to the one of the dialogs editor.

The buttons on the right should be: Add, Remove, Up, Down.
