Would you like me to send pull requests for these CC0 (public domain) graphics? I made most of these and modified the rest for the book project. I am almost done with the entity chapter.

I just remembered. I believe @Diarandor is setting up crystal/crystal block and HUD, so I can close this. I do not think there is a variant for crystal related entities.

I will not be working on a new HUD for now, but someday I may add the one I made (the one like in LA). Also, Neovyse is working for a nice HUD for CoS that could be added to the sample quest someday.
