Video/Movie support #1081

RPG Makers (2000, 2003 and VX Ace...) had the ability to display a movie/video file for FMV (Full Motion Video) cutscenes that don't have a much frequent use commonly. Solarus should have these because they can be useful for very important cutscenes (including Opening sequences). I'm planning an intro sequence for a tentative solarus game with a storyboard software and it'll be very kind to include this in the next solarus update. Thanks.

For example Oracle of Ages has a few fullscreen basic animations with music.

Oracle of Ages introduction may actually be just sprites and scripting.
