Add seagul sprites and sounds #51

Use seagul sprite from Neovyse.

Count with me to make the sound, if necessary. It can be done with famitracker and the result is great. EDIT: Neovyse told me that you already have a sound, so maybe we don't need a new one.

Yes we can use the one from Link's Awakening.
