NCM Config Search Wiki doc #323

Following a THWACK question, I had to do some digging regarding NCM Search. It appears that the Cirrus.ConfigArchive.ConfigSearch verb is now obsolote and one should use Cirrus.ConfigArchive.ConfigSearch2.

The following should be updated to reflect verb changes:

Information about how to pass data like dates (formats) would also be appreciated.
