Install things in the proper places #90

I have changed where some files are installed by default. It enables a user to install things in the proper places by using --prefix=/usr, or prefix=/usr/local

The default cgi-bin still needs to be looked into.

I moved things from /var/www to PREFIX/share/hldir Packagers can still prefer other folders, as before. :-)

Ok, I'll merge this now and then edit the necessary paths.
