Removed calls to tinyurl.js, removed the HTML for the tinyurl inputs, removed the inline JS code in index.html relating to tinyURL.

There are some CSS styles in styles.css relating to the old tinyURL HTML inputs I forgot to remove, but I don't have time at the moment to go through all of the styles, and the un-used styling presumably doesn't do anything actively harmful.
