Update instructions for the Freelancer ASL #14

The Freelancer ASL is now available natively inside LiveSplit. This should help guide people to set this up inside LiveSplit directly. I split up the pages since they are so different now, this should de-complicate things.

The nomenclature / UI of these pages needs work I think. The original Livesplit guides were designed under the understanding that only in game splitters were being used.

Now we also have a RTA Load Remover I think there could be a better way to differentiate it for new users.

But that's for another time, as far as just telling people about the new native Livesplit integration for Freelancer, it's good enough.
