bad gps data on 1.3.9 - Githubissues

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. load gcs 1.3.9
2. mavlink gcs selected via telemtry port
3. look at gps corrdinates

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
for me longitude should be -91, but it displays -337

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.3.9, ACM r1758 

Please provide any additional information below.

reloading 1.3.8 solves the issue, good gps long data

v1.2.40 is getting right gps data, this can be closed
