Hi, I checked the source code, whereas the source is designed for liver segmentation. Thus, could you please provide the source code for myops20

Hi, thx for the replay. Yes, the code should be used for training and evaluation of MyoPS2020. However, I have carefully checked the training code (https://github.com/soleilssss/AWSnet/blob/aad410705c6144533c7cec70bbad19258132acd8/ASAN_training/pure_training.py#L106) It loads a liver dataset, rather than Myops2020 during training. Please help me with this issue.
