After opening a file, then enabling write protection, the file timestamp still gets updated on save #193

After opening a file in Rehex on Windows, I then added some comments, enabled write protection and finally saved - upon doing so the timestamp of the file was updated.

As mentioned, I've only encountered this on Windows at this time, can't speak for other platforms.
