[bug] wand experimenter exploit #43

All wands that are obtained from the bank count as fresh and undedited wands. This allows for infinite healing with wand experimenter.

It would be nice if the bank kept track of wether a wand has been edited, or if this is not possible, tags all wands that come from it as already edited.

this still happens. I think it would be nice if the bank just set all wands from there to no healing in terms of wand experimenter, if thats possible.
