minor UI changes #86

a newer version of #48

a bit less intrusive:

add NT logo component
add NT Logo on update screen
add NT logo on login screen
move continue with {{ username }} login button into center
add delete saved user button
add padding to lobby icons
change input fields to full width
change padding for input fields
change dropdown colors
add room name to password dialog
replace restart app notice with exit app button
replace twitch icon in header with simple NT icon
