Sound Studio tracks cannot be played back inside igloos #41

Sound Studio tracks do not play in igloos.

If a Sound Studio track is set to be played, original Club Penguin music of the same ID as the track will be played instead.

Can be patched by prefixing the Sound Studio track IDs with 10000.

Will post fix and merge soon. This issue is a placeholder for https://git.solero.me/solero/vanilla-media/-/issues/6 .
