Found this on https://github.com/snowflakescpps/mystic, a houdini clone. Just added to the requirements and changed 4 words in water.py, and it seems to work perfectly. I have tested 1v1 multiple times, and the sensei fight.

Apparently this has a memory leak so people who are smarter than me might wanna fix that before it gets merged

Thanks to adamson#5582, this is now completely fixed and ready to be merged.
