V3 - Import files to Dev-App

Changes from V2:

• Added check for 'null' form fields on the server side.
• Added separator for Import File in drop-down dialog.
• Fixed width of file name displayed in "Import File" dialog.
• Server now sends status '0' when everything is okay instead of string.
